I needed a structural survey to report on a particular problem. A search of the RICS website listed Lifelys as providing structural reports.
Lifelys suggested a single defect report would be appropriate for my needs, and were able to schedule a visit within two weeks.
I found the surveyor was knowledgeable, thorough and was willing to discuss his initial findings on site. The detailed report was available a few days after the survey.
Altogether, I found Lifelys provided a very efficient and professional service with good communication.

We recently used Lifelys for a second time to carry out a Level 2 Survey, and once again we were extremely impressed with the service provided by Pam and George.

Pam was incredibly prompt and professional with all communication, keeping us updated throughout the process. George was exceptionally thorough in his inspection and even took the time to contact us personally to discuss the findings in more detail, which gave us great reassurance.

We received the survey report within just a few days, and Pam kindly arranged for a paper copy to be sent to us at no extra cost, which was very much appreciated.

We would highly recommend Lifelys to all family and friends. Thank you again, Pam and George, for such an outstanding service.

Fast and professional.

After the initial paperwork our survey was arranged very quickly. After the survey the report was received within a couple of days. It was comprehensive and easy to understand.

Second time we’ve used Lifely and the second time they’ve spotted things we didn’t.

I needed a survey done ASAP.. Lifelys were able to get to the property very quickly and provide me with a very thorough survey. Highlighting things i was not aware off. I was very pleased and i felt the price to be very competitive as well. All in all I couldn't be happier.

Great service, and very reliable. Report was back to us in 2 days and was very detailed, catching a lot of points for our consideration. We had a specialist roofer have a look at a property and they stated that the surveyor had a keen eye to spot some of the issues in the roof space!

Reasonably priced even with a house evaluation! My house was surveyed ASAP, which was within 2 weeks of calling up. As a first time buyer and clueless, Lifely Surveyors Ltd let me know their different options and what happens. Will use them again!
